Connect keeps suppliers up-to-date with orders, and keeps you up-to-date with despatches and stock positions. Or, if you operate to a purchase or requisition business model for stock procurement, our systems allow you to place instant orders direct to suppliers, based on initial forecast, modified by the most recent demand patterns - and then keep track of them through delivery scheduling, goods in, and QC, until available to meet demand.
Imagine - being able to take demand in advance of supply, with your customers fully informed. Our systems then go on to track and maintain complete visibility of all stock holdings and transfers, through pick and despatch and home delivery to customers. Plus you have complete visibility and can track all movements through Prism Net, our on-line reporting suite. To further reduce administration all round, we also support the Self-Billing model, automatically raising supplier invoices for you on their behalf.
