Customer Service Advisors - required to work in a busy call centre environment. Various full time shifts available during the day and part time evening shifts and weekend shifts available. Successful applicants for the full time day shift will be required to join the weekend rota, working 1 in 4 Saturday or Sunday.

Evening Shift Customer Service Advisors – required to work the following 4 week shift pattern:
Week 1 and Week 2 Monday - Wednesday - Friday
Week 3 Tuesday - Thursday - Saturday
Week 4 Tuesday - Thursday - Sunday
Shift hours, either 5-9 or 6-10, weekend shifts are 5-10.
Training for successful applicants will take place during the day from 9-6

Weekend customer Service Advisors – various hours available.

Successful candidates will possess excellent verbal and written skills. Previous customer service experience is essential.
